STOCK AVAILABILITYUpdated 10 months ago

You might run into products in the store that are currently out of stock. These items are mark "SOLD OUT" and you will be unable to add them to your cart.


The product I'm interested in is currently out of stock? What can I do?

Apologies for the stock unavailability of some items, we assure you that we are doing our best to update our inventory regularly to avoid shortage and always have the items in store, available as much as possible.

You'll notice a box that says NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE right below the one that says SOLD OUT. It'll ask you for your email address which you can leave with us and we will reach out to you as soon as the product becomes available again.


Can I pre-order?

Although, we don't have a pre-order option at the moment since you will not be able to purchase the product much less add them to your cart, there are times when specific items on a bundle could be temporarily unavailable.

When this happens, we will make sure to reach out to you and inform you of the current situation. You may leave the order OPEN and we will ship the temporarily unavailable items as soon as it becomes available.


How often are items restocked?

Ideally, we give a notice of 2-3 weeks for our inventory to restock with a few allowances for some specific items.

However, just to set expectations, International Logistics are an extraordinary challenge and there may be unforeseen circumstances that are beyond are control.

That being said, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care Team for any updates regarding your order or inquiries.
