How long does shipping take?

• Once an order is placed it will be processed in 24-48 hours and it will be delivered in 5-8 business days but it may up to 10 business days. Shipping to Canada and Hawaii may take up to 21 business days.

International shipping

• As we continue to improve the services we are able to ship within the 48 contiguous USA and Canada.
• We ship select items to Hawaii too.

Do I need to pay customs fees when?

• Yes, Teslarati Marketplace is not responsible for customs fees and duties imposed by Canada. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office.
