Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about returns and refunds:


Returns Policy

  • All products must be in brand new condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • When returning floor mats, it must be packed the same way it was shipped. 
    • DO NOT bend the mats with the surface facing inwards as this may cause a visible crease which will be considered damaged. 
    • For more information, read the Return Packaging Guidelines that will be emailed once you submit a return request.
  • Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way that will affect is resaleable condition.
  • All products must be returned within 30 days of the date from the date of delivery.
    • Exceptions include: if it was delivered beyond the 30 days but the package was only recently opened and is still in "brand new condition".
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Only when the item received has visible damage or was the wrong item, can Teslarati issue a return label. 
    • For any other reasons, such as a "change of mind" will be shouldered by the buyer.
  • All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund. 
    • Any damage to the product (i.e. scratches, tears or crease) will render the item non-resaleable which will not be honored as a successful return.
    • The return process may take 1-2 weeks, as a thorough inspection may take some time. The buyer will be informed when the return is successful and a refund has already been processed.
    • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, this fee may be waived if the item is still in its "brand new condition".
  • Teslarati cannot accept freight costs of any returned merchandise.
  • FINAL SALE! ITEMS are not eligible for returns. 
  • Buyers may also choose to deliver the returned items to our warehouse, if it's more convenient for them to do so. The address and time will be emailed along with the return request.

How do I make a return?

  • You can send your Return Request through our email at [email protected], chat with us or give us a call at 1 (213) 340-1267.
  • You can also submit your request through our Returns Feedback.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • FINAL SALE! Items

What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date and send a photo of the damaged item.  After it's confirmed a replacement order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I ship back the items?

  • Instructions on how to ship the returned products will be attached to the email received after placing the return request.
    • For the following items: Rennstand Jack Stands; Maier Proucts; Tow Hitches; please confirm by responding to the initial email as separate return instructions will be provided

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. 
    • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval depending on your bank.
    • If rejected, further instructions will be given to the buyer so that they can pick them up at the warehouse or arrange for it be delivered back to them.
