What are restocking fees?

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund and may be subject to restocking fees, up to 20% of the purchase price, as determined by the warehouse's receiving department.

Are restocking fees absolute?

As long as the returned items are still in its "brand new" condition without any scratches, creases; and/or damages, that will affect its resaleable condition- then the restocking fee may be waived.

This will all be determined by the Warehouse Team's inspection of the items being returned.
