EXCHANGE POLICY

Though Teslarati does not offer a direct exchange for any products offered in our store. We can assist you with requests to correct a purchase made by mistake on a strictly case-to-case basis.

However, as a general rule, once a purchase has been made, it cannot be exchanged for any other products. All sales are final.


Exceptions:

We understand however that there are certain circumstances that may be considered. If you believe that your case falls under one of the following, please reach out to us at [email protected] 

Considerations will be reviewed on a case to case basis, in addition to its availability.

  1. Defective or damaged product: If a customer has received a damaged product and is expecting a replacement instead of a refund, you may bring up an exchange for a different variation (i.e. color, finish) provided it is the exact same item and price.
  2. Orders that have yet to be shipped: Once orders are shipped out of the warehouse, customer will receive an notification email confirming its status- at this point we will no longer be able to edit or cancel an order. However, if it has not yet been shipped  you may bring up an exchange for a different variation (i.e. color, finish), again provided it is the exact same item and price
