Address Update

We understand that there are specific circumstances, emergency or otherwise, that can sometimes require updates to your contact information.

How can I change my shipping address?

• You can reach our customer support at [email protected]; drop by the chat or give us a call at 1 (213) 340-1267 for assitance
• Put "Address Update" as the subject and provide your Order Number. Our customer support  team will reach out to you as soon as possible and confirm the change of address.

Note! Once the package has been shipped and picked up by our partner-carriers, it may be impossible to change the address, however letting us know as soon as possible will help us help you determine the best course of resolution possible.

Is the shipping address the same as the billing address?

• Shipping address and Billing address are two distinct addresses associated with a customer's order but serve different purposes.
• Shipping Address is where the purchased items will be physically delivered, while Billing Address is the address associated with the payment method used for purchase.
• There are cases where the Shipping Address may not be the same as the Billing Address, for example, buying a product as a gift and wanting it to be delivered directly to the recipient.

How can I change my billing address?

• Though the Shipping Address and Billing Address serve different purposes and can even the same, changing your billing address will not affect the delivery of your order.
• This address is used only for verification purposes when processing the payment and identify potential fraudulent orders.
• Since the Billing address is associated with the payment method used for the purchase, changing this will require the customer to contact their payment method.
