TESLARATI remains focused on simplifying the shopping experience for the end consumer by providing a worry-free price match guarantee during this busy holiday shopping season!

We aim to provide every TESLARATI Marketplace shopper with a sense of satisfaction that they received the best price while helping every customer alleviate the time burden and stress of hunting for discount codes and performing tiresome online price comparisons. All to find out, later on, that they may have missed out on a better deal.

Policy and Terms

• We will match the pre-tax price of any qualifying item that a Premium Member purchases and the identical item is found to be priced less from a major online retailer, including Amazon.com.
• Price matches may be requested at the time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase. 
• Price matches are applicable only for identical items, which include but may not be limited to the item's brand name, color, and model number. The item must be new. Used, refurbished, open-box, or clearance items are not eligible for price matching.
• The item must be in stock at the competing online retailer and eligible for shipment to the same shipping address during the period of time a price match guarantee is being requested. Shipping rates, handling fees, and miscellaneous delivery charges will not be included in the price match.
• All items are eligible for a price match with the exception of TESLARATI Exclusives (see FAQ).

• HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST FOR A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

Active TESLARATI Premium members can submit a request to [email protected] with the subject "TESLARATI Premium Price Match Guarantee" with links and screenshots of the final check-out screen (input your shipping address), showing the lower price of the same item from a qualifying online retailer. Please use the same email address that your membership is enrolled in when submitting your request.

Please note that free giveaways are not eligible for price matching. In other words, if another retailer gives away a free promotion "with every purchase of x", TESLARATI Premium Price Match Guarantee will not offer the same giveaway.

• HOW DOES THE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE APPLY TO COUPONS/DISCOUNT CODES/PROMOS? 

We will match the lowest pre-tax price from major online retailers. Coupons, including online discount codes and promotions, will not be eligible in instances where a price match is being requested.

• WILL EVERY ITEM BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRICE MATCH? 

All items will be eligible for a price match with the exception of items that are TESLARATI Exclusives, including but not limited to the latest model year and style of 3D MAXpider floor mats and select genuine carbon fiber accessories that are produced for TESLARATI.

• CAN I PRICE MATCH SOMETHING THAT WAS PAID THROUGH FINANCING OR AN INSTALLMENT PLAN?

Unfortunately, we can only price-match items that are purchased through standard purchasing terms that do not include 3rd party incentives (ie. sign up for a credit card and receive 10% off.)
